"This property is like a secluded piece of paradise. It has amazing views of the cozy fown of Valdelaguna while keeping a secret garden vibe. The outsoor space is amazing but so is the inside. The owners of the property were so flexible with our check in, and they even met us for breakfast at one of the 2 bars in town to get to know us a bit better. "Pros: Pasamos genial nuestra semana de vacaciones y fue un acierto. Espacio grande y amplio para estar por la noche y también el de la piscina para disfrutar de ella durante el día. Lastima que hubo tormenta dos días seguidos aunque a mis sobrinos no les importo. Las habitaciones estan dotadas de ac. y con baño que es importante. Recomendaremos este sitio a tiro de piedra de Madrid. Gracias por los hornazos Lusimi. L. Donate"

"Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned. "

"This hotel was amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are spotless and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Amazing stuff. Location-wise, you’re fairly close to most spots; the Retiro and Prado are a mere 10 min walk. We will definitely be back here when in Madrid."

"We arrived and our room was not the one we booked, the door was broken and looked nothing like the pictures. They offered to move us to a better room like the one in the picture for 60 more euro. We paid and once again it was terrible, another broken door, the ac and fan didn’t work and while the room did have a view this time, the closet was broken, the door and locks were broken and the walls were paper thin. I’d steer clear from this place, there are better places for the same price."
