“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is in a convenient location and was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One thing to note is that it's located right next to the highway, so there is some road noise. It didn't bother us at all, but it's something to be aware of if you're a very light sleeper.
The location was perfect for our plans since it's right next door to Crater Lake ZipLine, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely……
