“The hotel is very quiet and easy to find. It's a bit far from the bustling streets, but the breakfast provided is excellent, and there's a convenient gym available. However, after I left my room early in the morning, the staff might have thought I had checked out. They cleaned the room and accidentally threw away my water bottle and hat. When I returned, I couldn't find them, which was a little upsetting.”

“We asked for a rollaway bed ahead of time as stated on the hotels website that they were available and when we got there they had none. Bed was uncomfortable and my son had to sleep on the couch which was hard and smelled. Shower overflowed and got bathroom floor soaked. ”

“Was given a room for late night check in, when we arrived the key was not in lockbox. They are very hard to reach, whennwe finally had someone on the property we found out our room was given to someone else. Not worth the hassle just book nearby at a Hilton. There were a lot of people just smoking or drinking outside their vehicles at midnight, didn't feel safe.”

“Location is excellent! The kitchenette was good. Rooms and the hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff excellent! The front desk and dining staff some of them seemed not happy to be there! The breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall good stay!”

“Location is beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities.
