"Amazing price for clean rooms, great staff, and a plentiful breakfast!! We have already stayed twice in 2 months!"

"This was the first time we had stayed at a Microtel Inn. The online pictures of the rooms and lobby looked great. Unfortunately, the room was outdated with an extremely old worn carpet. The bathroom floor was sticky. Additionally, there were not enough electrical outlets for today's electronics and the electrical outlets in the room were in the worst possible locations for anyone to utilize in a comfortable way. There were no outlets or usb ports near the head of the bed or on the bed side...

"The first room assigned smelled like a wet dog. We were moved down the hall and it smelled better but noticed the carpet felt wet. Desk clerk admitted they'd been having issues with the first floor rooms.... Housekeeping was extremely noisy in the halls with slamming doors and loud voices. Breakfast- yogurt cups were just a bowl without ice and was warm. Scones were good. Coffee was not hot, just warm. Not a top Hilton property!!!"

"My stay over was okay. The ice machine did not work on my floor and one of the receptionist was very rude and out of line…plus on the day of check out the housekeepers knocked once and them open the door….this happen twice. However, there were two employees that were amazing and very helpful."
