“We were attending a family wedding in Scandia, but also visiting with relatives in the Twin Cities. This charming Forest Lake cottage was the perfect escape from all of the activity. “For a very small home, there was a lot of space for each person to have their own area. Felt like a great place to hang out lots of games and family time.”

It was very comfortable, with generous fresh coffee supplies and nice smelling soaps and shampoo. The best might have been sitting on the little deck out back looking up at the canopy of big, beautiful mature trees engulfing us, and listening to the breeze blow through their leaves. “We have a wonderful time at the Forest Lake Lakehouse. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. A fun bonus was the game room in the detached garage. ”

“We were in MN for a week, and stayed at this property the whole time. Check in was easy, the property was wonderfully eclectic, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a nice quiet, upscale place to stay. It is close to the coffee shops, stores and pubs. Highly recommended!”

“This house was perfect for us! We were a group of youth male gymnasts coming into town for a meet. Most of us were one gymnasts traveling with one parent. We were all able to sleep in our own spaces... Kitchen was well supplied for all our food needs. And plenty of space for the boys to spread out to play a game, watch a movie, or play electronics too! Grocery was 2 min away. And easy access to the freeway to get from place to place. Wonderful house! Great communication by manager too.”

Carly even had similar amenities in the bathroom as you would find in a four star hotel. The kitchen was very well stocked. The best part was the yard was the firepit and landscaping. The area was rural, despite other homes being on the street. The neighbors were very friendly. It was a welcome break from life in the city. We could go into the Cities...
