"The slide was only on at certain times and the attendant would constantly shut it off. There were no pool towels and we had two bath towels for a double Queen suite with 5 people in. The breakfast and cook were amazing! She went above and beyond was worked very hard."

"Very clean and family friendly. Easy access to the mall. Parking was convenient. Free parking was available in other lots, but we had vouchers for free nights and paid for the rest. Very convenient. Valet is also available, but we self parked.
Rooms were cleaned daily and staff did a great job.
Never had to wait on an elevator even though it was clearly a busy hotel.

"There was an issue in the pool area. Another group started drinking alcohol in the pool area and got angry at desk clerk for informing them no food or beverages in the pool area.
