“Even going through a renovation, the hotel and room were very clean and attractive. There was only a ripped curtain in the room that should have been replaced/fixed. Small details matter.”

“Well appointed, clean, great location! Gave 4 stars on service only because we didn’t engaged too much. However, as we were leaving one day a cleaning person at another room asked if we needed anything.”

“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”

“Room was a little dirty with some dead fly's, pubes in tub, tub that didn’t drain, dirty remote. The larger 3 pool complex with a kiddie pool and lifeguards is not included. Seems others misunderstood like me. I was able to check in early so that was great”

“We enjoyed the architecture, furnishing design and room layouts. The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. The outdoor dining experience was excellent and they were very accommodating of mobility needs. Always a wonderful stay at the Roycroft.”

“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! “We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time.”
