It was a house with multiple rooms with shared bathroom with notice to bring your own toilet paper. Hand towel and face cloth used by all residents. "We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn in St. Catharines during our recent visit to Niagara. The location was convenient, approximately 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and worked very well for our trip. What stood out right from the beginning was the warm welcome at the front desk. We arrived quite late after a long and tiring day of travel, and Gustavo (apologies if I have the name or spelling incorrect) greeted us in such a friendly and welcoming manner that we immediately felt refreshed and at ease. He was attentive, listened patiently, provided us with helpful information and options during check-in, and made a great first impression of the property. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the bathroom in particular was excellent and exactly what we have come to expect and appreciate from Hampton Inn properties. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay throughout. The only suggestion I would have is to consider offering a few more breakfast choices, particularly for vegetarian guests. Having some additional vegetarian options would make an already good experience even better. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming service. We would definitely consider staying at this Hampton Inn again when visiting the Niagara area."
