"The hotel is in a convenient location just off I-5. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There were multiple other people waiting to check in too. I asked nearby staff if they could send someone up to the front desk and after waiting quite a long time a girl came to the desk and made excuses for not being up front. They should really just have a self check in kiosk if they don’t want to keep someone at the front desk. No one wants to wait around to get in to their room after a day of traveling. "

"First the whole hotel smelt terrible- the front lady took forever and also gave us the wrong room. We got to the room and the smell was overwhelming and black stuff all over the walls. We couldn’t stay there. As we were walking out- we walked by a cracked door to a room and a AR gun was sitting in the corner pointed out the room! My mind was blown! I have never seen a more awful place "
