“Nicely renovated property and great staff. General area of Treasure Island is pretty dated though. ”

“This place is a dump. Had bugs in the room. Was told room was ready arrived at 3:20pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Then we had 4 towels for 4 people for a stay of 4 nights. Was told our room had everything we needed and front desk would not get us more towels because they said the owner is supposed to provide everything. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. Was duped on this property and will not return.”

“Check in was well explained, on the coded door lock, one must listen for clicks on the pad. Worked well after we used it a few times. Location was great! Near very good restaurants and walks to the beach! We also used the pool on resort more than expect! ”

“I was lied to I was told I was able to bring a jet ski because they have docks right out back and when you're told that a reasonable person would believe to be parking for that there. We were told it's okay just put a visitor pass on it then hours later we were told get it off the property you can't park it here the HOA president doesn't communicate with some other guy who runs the docks and the girl from The real estate company bows down to the both of them it was a complete disaster I had to……

“Great location. Wonderful views. Beach, restaurants and groceries all very walkable. Condo itself needs minor repairs which we communicated to owner but no reply received. Shared pool and hot tub were lovely.”

“Everything was great. The pictures of the VRBO actually didn't do it justice. View was amazing, walk was far shorter than I thought it would be from the picture. Everything was clean and in pretty good shape. Option for cabanas and rentals, if needed, but the VRBO had plenty of chairs to just take to the beach. Only thing I would recommend is pre-warn people for the parking situation. Difficult to park larger vehicles but manageable with a little maneuvering ”
