"The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart once we reached the elevator. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was nice but they informed us that the building was in the middle of being switched to the AC so it was going to be hot. Our room was 80 degrees and we were drenched in sweat. It was miserable, especially for the price that we paid and not having anything to offer like breakfast included in the pricing. "

"My family and I stayed at the Garner hotel for 4 nights and overall the experience was a positive one. The desk staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and the beds were neither too stiff nor too soft and none of us felt grossed out by the bed linens or anything. The free breakfast was standard fare (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, coffee, orange juice, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and edible but nothing to write home about. The pool was closed so we didn't get to experience that, which is why I only gave 3-stars for amenities. And there's a near overwhelming smell of vanilla as you walk in. Also, the bathroom did not have a bath tub, only a standing shower. So if you have kids that aren't shower-ready yet, you may want to keep that in mind. For the price and convenience of being close to the airport and I-84 we'd probably stay here again if needed."

"It’s not the nicest Hyatt out there, but it’s also one of the least expensive ones you’ll find. The staff were all very kind & friendly. We initially got a room that was a tad musty, but the staff put us in a different room right away, no problem, that was great. The fitness room was great for the price of the hotel. Parking area was well lit & safe. Chipotle is only a few minutes away. I would start here again with my 3 kids. Once again, not the nicest Hyatt in the world but it’s probably $50-100 cheaper per night than others. Thanks!"

"Just was “meh”. Not a $200 a night hotel. I don’t care that you have an insanely overpriced steakhouse attached. Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. "

"The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card. "

"The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. "
