“The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, the rooms smelled moldy, when asked if they had any soda for sale the guest service lady said if there’s any in the machine that all we have. The holiday Inn Express is right across the bridge and we stayed there the previous night and it was much nicer for the money!!”

“Old hotel and needs work. Checked in and found the toilet seat broken. Asked for another room and switched. Not recommending. ”

“Overall this is a fine hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was pretty clean and the property was accessible to the highway. Some observations: the drain was draining super slowly. This hotel is adjacent to a golf course so they are overrun by middle aged golfers who like to party once they are done for the day. They drink, smoke, and make plenty of noise. I stayed on the first floor near the lobby and that was a mistake on my part. To sum up, great staff, fairly clean, decent……

“Appreciated the outdoor pool after a hot day of hiking and outdoor activity. Also really appreciated that front desk staff immediately put me in a different but identical room after I walked into the first room, tried to close the shade and the cord totally broke. I was very comfortable, had all my needs met and the price was market value”

“I don’t have any idea where the bad reviews are coming from. The hotel was clean. Staff was inviting. Location is right off I-55 by plenty of other businesses. We came in at night after deciding to take a break from driving & had looked for a cheaper hotel. The room was spacious & clean. A/C worked great. TV & WiFi functioned (we were able to hook up our firestick with no problem at all). Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was more than comfortable; zero noise at all. Bed & pillows were extremely……
