“We came to Cleveland to see a concert and “checkout” the metro area for the weekend! This place is conveniently located with all attractions with in a few minutes to drive. The house is exactly what is pictured. It was very clean. Maybe the cleanest rental that I have been in! What’s not pictured is the neighborhood. “Wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. Steven was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The 2 car garage was a huge plus! We were able to fit a Toyota 4-runner and a Lexus SUV into it! ”

“Clean and just as advertised. No issues except a broken chair that we contacted host about. Didn't need the chair so it was a non-issue.”

“Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all.”

“Check in process did not go well when we arrived. There was already someone staying there. Apparently someone was given the key code to our place when they should’ve been staying downstairs. Kind of scary to think that the same code was used in both locations.”

“Property is exactly like pictures! The two flights of stairs were a little rough for us but it did not deter from our stay. Garage is tight if you have a bigger car but all in all a wonderful place to stay when you're in Cleveland!! Very close to everything!”

“My friends and I had a great time at Loft 40. It was roomy, easy to access, with nice furniture and linens. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe, and it was easy to get all over town from its' central location. Tony was quick to respond to my questions and solved our one small problem quickly. I will recommend booking Loft 40 for any Cleveland visit. ”

“We stayed at the Summit on Sixth for our Christmas celebration with our adult children. There was plenty space to all be together as well as sneak away for quiet time. Justin was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Space was warm and inviting and clean. The shower in the master is worth the price of the stay alone :-). Be aware, definitely not conducive to an individual who may have issues with stairs.”

“Background: Two older couples that made their reservation almost a year in advance of our arrival since we were attending the NCAA Women's Final Four on the weekend and were also seeking to view the eclipse that Monday afternoon. Initial impression: Found the place extremely clean and very SPACIOUS. Three floors with the larger bedroom on the second floor and the other bedroom and bath on the third.
