“Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. ”

“The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all. The wind can be felt coming through beneath the doors and between the windows. I asked for a space heater and……

“This is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, airport hotels in the world. Grounds are lovely. You don't realize you are a short walk to airport. Highest recommendation”

“Rooms don’t look like photos, shower flooded the whole bathroom, we informed the front desk and nothing was done about it, the tv had no remote so could not use it, there were people drinking in the parking lot outside our room all night ”

“They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all ”

Fomos atendidos maravilhosamente bem pelos proprietários, que foram muito simpáticos, agendaram wine tasting e também deram dicas para o jantar próximo à propriedade. O lugar é lindo, apartamento espaçoso e com uma vista incrível para os vinhedos e montanhas. Serviço de excelência altamente recomendado. ”

“Property unsuitable for wheelchair users. Pool area accessible va a steep 12 foot bank only. Unsafe for wheelchair users. This s needs to be stipulated on website. No accessible bathroom in the rooms. Staff were lovely and views beautiful. ”

“Unser Zimmer war sauber, außerdem gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt mit Optionen von light breakfast bis full breakfast. Bei schönem Wetter bietet der kleine Pool Liegen zur Entspannung. ”

“Very roomy cottage, staff is nice. Breakfast is great. Cleaning crew did an excellent job of cleaning the cottage. Only issue was no air-conditioning. ”
