“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“The property was great and the host was very quick to respond when needing certain questions answered. Room was super clean when we walked in. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room. Me and my guest were there for a convention and had some heavy……

“This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1……
