“There was no TV remote in the room and they said it’s a recurring issue of not having remotes for rooms. They had no engineer on site to provide a remote which is odd that they needed a building engineer for this. I don’t recall the last time I stayed at a hotel where I couldn’t access a TV. She said I could take it up with management My room was missing soap when I checked in as well. ”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
