“What a major disappointment this place turned out to be on our return visit here! Unfortunately, just about everything we had enjoyed on our first stay at this hotel was absent on our most recent (and very last!) experience at this property . . . To say that we were underwhelmed by the housekeeping service and cleanliness of the facilities is a major understatement, and the host of shady characters we saw hanging around in the area of our room and loitering in the parking lot was just unnerving……

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“There were ants in the cereal in the breakfast bar.”

“We asked for a non smoking room and when we entered the whole room smelt of pot and cigarette smoke. The pillow cases and bed comforters were covered in cigarette burns and when asked about it we were basically told that they had no orher rooms and that the maids were old and must of put burnt bedding on. The chair was also stained with dirt spots everywhere.”
