“So bad. So totally dirty. This was my first experience with getting bed bugs. It smelled. Everything was sticky. So gross. I stayed 4 hours then got out of there asap. I avoided touching anything. Really really bad. Sheets were stained. Beds uncomfortable. No way would any of this pass inspection.”

“Was disappointing. The room didn't seem to have been swept, I picked up broken pieces of glass, a wadded up napkin, an earring that was right beside the bed, tiny pieces of paper. We had to call down and ask for towels because there was none in the bathroom. The worker who brought us towels was nice. Parking, make sure you get there early or you're parking down the street. We were only staying at hotel one night didn't utilize the casino or anything.”
