Villas in Sunset Beach

"Property was a great place to stay. Beautiful locations, beautiful pools. It’s definitely more of a party resort. We traveled with our 3 year old and tried our best to stay away from the party atmosphere which is possible to do for the most part. The food is very very average. No room service option. Lunch is mostly self service options with a buffet option as well. For the most part all the restaurants were buffet style which takes down the quality of food if you ask me. Rooms were nice."

"Loved the location! Easy to walk marina and lots of restaurants to chose from. Very clean and neat. Everyone was extremely friendly. The 2 pools were great. There is also a kids area pool. They will give you lots of extra coupons if you visit their sister resort but we didn't do that and still was affordable. We stayed in lower cost room and still had plenty of room for my daughter and myself. The only negative i would say is when we arrived we were very tired and they gave us so much information and push to go to the sister location the next morning, which we didnt do being afraid of sales pitch etc. I would stay again as affordable and location."

"The pool water was very dirty with a lot of “white floaters” throughout the water. Perhaps they have to shut down and drain it or shock it. The gym equipment really needs to be wiped down a couple times a day. We were in the gym early and the cardio equipment was very dirty with dried sweat. The gym started to smell which is why I guess the doors got left open in the afternoon. It needs a very good cleaning. The rooms were beautiful and great cleaning performed daily. Great job by housekeeping!! "

"Definitely a 5/5 experience. The staff was amazing (especially our personal concierges), the property was in amazing condition and the food was fantastic. My only feedback would be the temperature in the hot tubs. We were trying to escape some of the chill and the hot tubs were lukewarm."

"Our room was upgraded for free, it had the most beautiful view. The food options were great and flavorful. The property is big where even though it’s family friendly it did feel like an adult only with the adult pool access. Overall, I loved it and will be back!"

"Rooms were clean. Food in buffet a steak house were good. 2 desserts in Mexican restaurant had a piece of glass in it. Specially restaurants closed too many nights"
