"Staff are all extremely personable, helpful and hardworking. Easy to get downtown and to many eating establishments. MINI KITCHENS ALLOW for some meal prep so all meals don’t have to be eaten out. While everything is not new everything was clean and functional. This was our third trip to Solmar and we will definitely be back"

"Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. He allowed us to stay and we canceled our reservation at the hotel. The condo is very nice. Well stocked and furnished with everything in excellent condition. My favorite thing in Cabo is the marina. It would be hard to beat the location anywhere on the marina. Has a patio that we spent quite a bit of time on watching the marina and boardwalk. We had read about the noise and are used to staying on the marina so we were not to concerned. There is definitely music playing around you at night but this was actually the quietest rooms we have had on the marina. They have done a great job with the soundproofing. The nights they had music with heavy bass we could feel it in the front room but not the back room. I wish I didn't feel like I had to leave a good review because I would really like to keep this as our secret. Vince the owner was the best and Hugo the host was there for anything you would need. Make sure you have contacted Hugo in advance of your arrival. I did not and evidently had an issue with my phone. Hugo had called me 6 times the day of arrival and I missed all of his calls. It all worked out and it impressed me with Hugo's persistence to make sure we got in ok. Thank you."
