"Playa Grande was a great oasis away from the chaos of town, but still within an easy walk to the marina and restaurants if you wanted to leave the resort. The onsite amenities were great, with excellent dining and entertainment. There were numerous staff that went above and beyond to make the trip memorable, none more than Daniel F out at the pool. "

"We had a great time. The staff was friendly, clean resort. We went to dinner early ( 5ish) so we didn’t wait in lines but still took 2 hours at each restaurant. "

"Warm pools and a hot jacuzzi. Pools and beach are just a few steps from the rooms. All of the food we had was good. Our favorite was the grill dinner. They were very accommodating of our children. Pool service was good. Prices are high so you get a big bill upon checkout. "

"this property offered Butler service with our room, not sure it comes with all rooms but it was very nice to have someone to text whenever you have a question or need something. I did miss there was no outside night entertainment or shows to watch at night. There is a nightclub on property that has live bands and DJ nightly. It is located below the lobby. We typically like outside activities and bar area to enjoy at night and socialize. It was a quiet hotel. The beach does not permit swimming. There is a place on the beach to get great $60/hour massage, just walk south on the beach for about 10-15 minutes. Overall the service wins for this hotel."
