Our daughter was traveling to Sydney to begin a 5-month study abroad program. At first, we thought she was arriving early and they worked with us to accommodate an early check in. Then when her flight was unexpectedly canceled and she was delayed, they held the booking for us. Her checked bag was lost in the process for six days and they made suggestions for places for her to purchase clothes in the interim and helped her with directions to the stores.
