“It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok”

“The host was prompt in responding to questions. The guys enjoyed alot of football games on the TV. It was a lovely setting. We were pleased to find the kitchen stocked well with all we needed to spend most days inside. The hot tub was enjoyed by all who used it. The information provided to answer questions was very well put together. All of us enjoyed the comfortable beds and each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The children's room was adorable, looked so fun! ”

“We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue. Ultimately, we decided to leave the hotel a day early. We notified the front desk we would be checking out a day early. I requested that we……

“A great layout for a condo with a loft. The decor is a perfect fit for the name Bears Den!”

“I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time.”

“Outside pools were closed never found the time to go to indoor.Kitchen was well stocked but one coffee maker didn’t work properly, (Think it might have the wrong carafe)In the first bathroom shower handle is lose. The stopper for the kitchen sink was broken. Upstairs sink has low drain. One bathroom had one day bath soap and two only had one roll of toilet paper.”

“Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.”

“Clean. Quiet. Had everything we needed. Perfect layout for our family. Hot tub was great. All the windows / view was amazing. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Hostess was quick to respond to all communication & very easy to work with. ”
