“In my 1BR suite, the couch was attractive but when you pulled it out to a hideaway it was a downhill experience, literally. The carpet shows heavy wear and the bathtub faucet has serious stains -- all of these factors made these feel like something less than a first class experience.
Oh, and the elevator had the same (pet?) stain in it all 3 days of this trip. That was gross.”

“The host was prompt in responding to questions. The guys enjoyed alot of football games on the TV. It was a lovely setting. We were pleased to find the kitchen stocked well with all we needed to spend most days inside. The hot tub was enjoyed by all who used it. The information provided to answer questions was very well put together. All of us enjoyed the comfortable beds and each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The children's room was adorable, looked so fun! ”
