“This is possibly one of the worst hotels in Spain. Everything and I mean everything was awful. The building itself should be condemned or torn down. Ive stayed in Jails that were better than this place. The bathrooms were from the 1980s, the elevators are painfully slow, the pictures in expedia do not match reality, the breakfast and buffy is some of the worst food ever served in Spain. Only stay here if you have low standards or are a poor person and just happy to go on vacation.”

“El alojamiento no está del todo mal, pero necesita actualizarse. Las vistas son bonitas, es tranquilo, las camas muy cómodas y el personal amable. Los peros: hay que coger el coche para todo, el horario de la piscina (de 10 a 19), no tiene mucho sentido, los ascensores tardan un siglo en llegar, la nevera no enfría y el aparcamiento es de pago. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación la última noche porque caía agua en el baño de la habitación de arriba y nos compensaron con un desayuno en el buffet.……

“La propiedad esta cómoda. Necesita arreglos, el baño esta deteriorado. La puerta de entrada estaba roto el marco. Y el ventilador del cuarto no pude ponerlo porque esta desprendido del techo y tenia miedo que se desprendiera. La habitación estaba cómoda. Si reparan esa habitación sería una gran estancia porque esta muy bien ubicado.”

“Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. ”

“The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.”

“Gym closed, shouted at for asking for an iron, and many amenities not available… otherwise a nice place to stay”

“Roof top pool small but I’m not there for the pool. The bar at the top was a nice touch. Right next to the cathedral. Had breakfast once. 12 euros and they do not have hot food at the buffet to save on food waste. They prepare it for you. I had scrambled eggs cooked to order and none of that powdered eggs that a lot of hotels use. I just wish they did not charge in the room to make coffee. 1 euro per pod- fir a 4* that should be free in the room like a lot of other hotels that offer nespresso……

“Decepcionante, el hotel está viejo y estropeado. Lo único que merece la pena son los toboganes y el personal también muy amable. La comida del bufet también está rica. La habitación está rota, deteriorada y vieja. Los muebles rotos y anticuados. El sofá cama destrozado. La nevera y la caja fuerte de los años 50. Las piscinas sucias y masificadas. La taza del water picada. Óxido en bañera. Las cortinas sucísimas. Las sillas de la terraza desgastadas. La alfombra del pasillo intocable. El comedor……
