“During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually……

“This was my 1st visit to a Quality Inn, and it has to be said: Acceptionally good quality! Very nice and hospitable staff, VERY nice and spacious pool. The accommodations were wonderful- great shower, comfy bed, nice sized television... I will say, you get a spacious room, but there are a lot of furniture components inside, so during the night there was some stubbing of the toe in the dark, but that's more "getting used to" the layout. As8de from that, an excellent stay and i hope to stay again.”

“Staff at check in a gentleman I don’t recall his name now but he was very friendly and helpful especially when I asked for a early check in he was really nice and helped me out of a difficult spot having thought that I was booking for the day previously passed by and booked for the next day by mistake but he was a lifesaver and was able to help me out with a early check in and I was really grateful and very thankful for him having his act together and provided excellent support for us Thank……
