I was not informed I should have been issued a room and key Contacted Exepedia through borrowed local phone as no WiFi connection in Hotel Lobby Expedia claimed hotel representative should issue key and Rm #, via chat I was supposed to be issued a key beforehand Since it was early morning had to find other place until 3pm next day. Again staff asked for Rm and Key details. No internet connection in lobby. Could not contact Expedia for info Eventually a rep advised the key is in Rm and issued the number after much delay Roaches were everywhere in Rm. We cleaned rm and there were still roaches Elevator a nightmare. Always crowded and long wait lines for elevator The only positive was the gym and pool facilities.
