“The outside of the hotel needed a lot of upkeep like paint and the stairs were particularly ugly. The inside was clean and neat and the people were wonderful. Great for a budget hotel.”

“Horrible stay. Other guests (young kids) were partying in a adjacent room and running up and down the stairs just outside of my room until 3:30am. Staff at the hotel did little to nothing, so I paid almost $400 to be kept up all night.”

“Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shower curtain had visible mildew along the bottom, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. I only discovered this once I was already in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was quite limited, and the omelet was only partially defrosted. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and service.”

“Lovely man at check in for our overnight ( to see Hugh Jackman at 7 pm at Tanglewood lucky us!👍 Checked that food would be available in their bar upon our trying as has driven 2+ hrs assured yes until just before 10 pm closing. Called once on way back at 9:10 for 10 min drive to dbl check as hungry. Woman said no, they stopping serving at 9... luckily she rec one place nearby which was still open for food til midnight! Wow in Lenox! Very packed loud and fun w locals & Jackman fans..got wines,……
