"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lady that took care of the breakfast food was always cheerful and helpful. The lady who checked us in found a room with a window when I mentioned that I was claustrophobic. I asked for ice on the evenings, to ice my sore foot, and the young man at the desk was very understanding and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Thank you. "
"The bed pods were really great. We could sleep well without bothering each other with lights or sounds. It's quite small, but that's what you get staying in a city. Would still recommend staying again. It's a nice central location to many places and public transport. "
"The property is ideally located with the staff showing exceptional skill in handling guests. The property looks old and could be improved in its looks and matters of comfort."
"The staff at this hotel is always pleasant, helpful, and if I ask a question they can't answer, they go out of their way to find someone who can give me whatever info I need. The view from the Executive Double Room with River View was nothing short of fantastic. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. And while the bar poured the shortest shots of whiskey I've ever seen (might try a shot glass for that instead of a high ball glass), the staff there was all smiles and good attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel."
