From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. Although stressed our home wouldn’t make it, we were looked after like royalty.

In the room you have a teapot, a pour over for coffee and also looseleaf tea with teabags to brew . I requested a 1st floor room due to my mobility issues. They granted that request and even UPGRADED my room to a suite with wider doors and a roll-in shower! The free breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, various cereals and various breads, bagels and muffins. The check-in was very smooth and friendly. I will definitely be staying at La Quints again!

Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in. The place is very homey with friendly staff. My family feels secured during our stay and my kids loves the heated pool!
