The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. “The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. ”

“Really nice stay for a “rest and recharge” getaway. The shepherds hut was exactly as the pictures - clean and tidy when we arrived. The owners had a folder with all the useful information we would need during our stay (how to use the hot tub, location for waste and recycling bins, nearby public footpaths etc). A nice secluded area from the rest of the property to allow for privacy. I would definitely recommend and consider again for a couple’s holiday. ”
