"Room was clean but lacked ambiance to match their gorgeous lobby and history as a high end Portland Hotel. Bathroom was very small. Small shower. Limited amenities like magnified make up mirror, large shower or tub. I could never get on the internet because the signal was so weak. The London Grill was nice. All in all conveniently located and above average staff & cleanliness. "

"In-room HVAC unit was very noisy. No in-room coffee or hot water dispenser. Otherwise, a nice room at a fair price. Can't comment on f&b as we did not try either of the hotels two options."

"Checkin was help up because of the rooms not being ready. The front desk staff handled it verry well and almost all of the guest that had to wait were not very un happy. The brakfast is useless and dont bank on it. Hotel is new clean functiponal and safe with a few options to dine around the property. "
