8/10 Very Good! (18,795 reviews)
We had a nice stay, but for the price we paid, there were too many issues. The toilets in the room are TERRIBLE. You try to flush anything but a single kleenex down and they will clog. We had to call maintenance twice. Thankfully maintenance came quickly, but was a huge PITA - never had that issue at any other hotel. Also, the south tower elevators are horrendous. There are 6 elevators, but only 1 was turned on/working the whole weekend. We'd wait 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive, only to get inside... where there were 6 lightbulbs at the top to keep the interior of the elevator well lit - but 4 of the 6 were out the entire weekend, so it was nearly pitch black in the elevator. Then because only 1 elevator was working, it would stop on literally every floor, and be filled by floor 15 so tons of annoyed people on the lower floors. It took 12-15 minutes just to go from our room to the casino/main lobby floor due to all the waiting - it was ridiculous. Other than those issues, everything else was fine. Rooms are in nice/newer condition, but the common areas of the hotel could use some updating. Also, the front lobby check-in people are super rude. There are a bunch of added fees when you check in (resort fees, etc) - and instead of just politely explaining them, they thrust a piece of paper showing the fee amounts in your face and say "read it, you agreed to this when you booked". Overall the hotel is decent, but way overpriced for the experience.
