Beautiful by the lake. Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars for the lake view rooms. Nice pool. Nice hot tub. Nice view. Nice deck. Nice gym. Nice people.

Definitely lived up to its "fabulous" rating! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The options for the continental breakfast were many and even nicer was that everything was individually wrapped (but fresh, NOT pre-packaged and sealed with no expiration date!) and pancake machine was touchless. A little further off the interstate than we anticipated but worth the drive. Would stay again

This was located in the heart of the Wine Trail on Seneca Lake. Beautiful views - quiet and comfortable. Will be coming back to stay here for sure!

We have stayed here often, and what we like most is that it's very homey, and we feel at home. It's a beautiful property, and the owners/hosts are always available if there are any issues. It's also very clean, and it has everything we need. We will continue to stay there!

La Tourelle is a beautiful hotel with attentive staff. They took all measures to keep staff and visitors safe.

Very beautiful

The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!

The property was beautiful. We loved the chalet that we stayed in, super comfy bed, beautiful views, no matter which one you stay in. Staff was very kind, helping us park our trailer, and being accommodating. Would highly recommend this little secret in Watkins Glen.

I had intended on staying at the hotel down the block. But when it turned up that there were no more rooms for my dates, I picked this hotel very last minute and hoped for the best. I walked in and loved the decor and atmosphere. I learned that this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Not only was the staff very friendly, but I even got a hand-written welcome note in my room! I chose the hotel because it was pet-friendly and did not charge extra for my dog, but I would recommend it to anyone. Nice, clean room with a coffee-maker and fridge, plus a full complimentary breakfast. The location is on a main road with fast food restaurants, and it is about 10 minutes from Cornell.

The location, of course, makes it a standout, as well as the attention to detail. The decor is thoughtful--beautiful and welcoming. Anna and Renee were warm and attentive innkeepers. And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. Nice big room and clean

Property is definately like no where else I have stayed. Loved the friendly staff, the lobby area and the deck area. Rooms are "dorm size" but efficient for a few nights stay!
