Very beautiful

We used this hotel for Thanksgiving overflow at our house. Our suite was spacious and mostly clean. We did find crumbs and a candy wrapper in the couch bed, but overall, nice and clean. On Wednesday they have a light buffet available, and it was really nice. Broccoli cheddar soup with crusty bread was enjoyed by all. Nice big room and clean

The location, of course, makes it a standout, as well as the attention to detail. The decor is thoughtful--beautiful and welcoming. Anna and Renee were warm and attentive innkeepers. And COVID regulations were very good. I stayed in room #9, which was fully outfitted in Mackenzie Child. It had a lake view and was quite cozy and comfortable. Clerk very personable and eager to accommodate our need to meet deadline. Breakfast was of nice variety, fresh, and plentiful. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone without reservations.

This is a beautiful property, it is like staying in a historical mansion. We stayed in a king suite and the room was huge and very nice. Continental breakfast was simple and sufficient, great experience overall. We had an emergency situation at home (12 hrs away) and the manager was extremely helpful in working with us so that we could leave a day early. Would definitely recommend this hotel…close to Skeaneatles and the lake.
