Search and Rent Town of Sullivan Condos

"My family and I have been vacationing in Sylvan Beach for the past 10 years, and had outgrown our previous rental. The space was just what we were looking for to accommodate all ten of us comfortably, including our two dogs. The kitchen space also had many essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space could use some touch ups and cleaning and only one hot tub was operating during our stay, but all of the other guests in the shared outdoor spaces were kind and respectful....

"Beautiful condo right on the beach. Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Large bedrooms. "

"We had a great stay in Sylvan Beach! Host was very responsive and even let us check in a couple hours early since the housecleaners had already finished cleaning. Will stay again :)"

"They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading"

"Perfect for family vacation"

"The unit was clean and spacious. A few things, the third bedroom should be listed as a loft. Also, maybe extra batteries, could not use the TV due to lack of batteries. Everything else was great. Host was wonderful when my husband left something and we were able to go back & get it 2 weeks later."

"Great property and location."
