“Friendly helpful staff Receptionist gave excellent recommendation for a place to eat. Housekeeping set up a cot for my baby grandaughter. Room close to reception and accessible for baby buggy. Lovely bright room with two double beds with garden view. Quiet street - no passing traffic.
Great location, short walking distance from centre of Killarney with lots of shops & restaurants. Very pleasant stay. I will visit again ”

“This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites. ”

“The hotel itself looked nice, and the location was good, but the staff was grumpy, the breakfast was not that great (coffee was especially horrible), and the walls are paper thin. Overall, we were disappointed, especially for a hotel in this price range. We’ll definitely not be staying here again. ”
