“Smooth checkin. Friendly & hospitable staff. Exceptionally clean throughout. We got a suite with a jetted tub and were so glad we did. Great value for the money.”

“Overpriced for what it offers. While the exterior grounds are well-maintained, the main building is outdated. We stayed in connecting rooms and could hear the neighbor's TV clearly through the wall. When we asked the front desk for another room, we were offered zero options or solutions. It also lacks basic guest hospitality… this is a resort/spa and they wouldn't even offer a welcome bottle of water.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, the only improvement I would mention is beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were scratchy, the shower needed a good cleaning. Although I would stay here again, it was a very comfortable hotel and the pool and hot tub were very nice!”

“Staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious. Restaurant was nice with friendly service. Close to airport. Long walk to downtown but free and frequent shuttle. Gym was nothing special but adequate.”
