The room was ok. Bed very comfortable. OK so here is my beef! #1... only shampoo... no conditioner... no lotion. The water was very treated... so yes - conditioner and lotion would have been great. #2 their website lies about the shuttle being available from 5am to 11 pm. It is NOT available from 5am to 6am. I was told by the lady at the front desk if I wanted a ride to the airport I had to let them know 15 - 20 minutes before 5am to ensure that the driver was available. I called down to the front desk as I was leaving my room. That lady told me I actually had to be in the lobby to request the ride. So I got down... and then had to wait for 15 minutes for the driver to show up. It would have been faster and more convient for me to drive across the street and use the shutle from where I parked my car the night before! Will not use this hotel again!"
