“We chose this property because of the location and that it had a propane grill. The pictures must have been taken shortly after the remodel or addition of vinyl flooring and painting as it is now showing signs of use, wear and tear - in need of some TLC to clean the baseboards, walls and doors. Other suggestions include a couple dish towels in the kitchen and more paper towel supply (there was one half roll under the sink). A luggage rack would be nice for the bedrooms rather than having……

“The room was maintained to a satisfactory standard, and communication with staff via text messaging was prompt. However, the coffee station did not meet expectations due to the following issues: - The Keurig machine was non-functional. - The provided creamer appeared to be spoiled, exhibiting clumping and a yellowish discoloration. While I can provide video documentation of these issues, I have opted not to pursue further action as alternative coffee sources are readily available.”
