As far as their amenities, the hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast included in your stay. Nor does it have a swim up bar or lounge. They have one permanent person that works the front desk and he only works from 8am-4pm. We wanted to go out at night & it started raining. We weren’t able to order a taxi with the concierge because no one is there after 4pm. They say that you reach them by what’s app, but no one will respond after 4pm. The water constantly kept getting shut off. They don’t use face cloths or wash cloths. It’s located very nicely to the downtown area which was nice. However, the little things stacked up and contributed to our low rating. We paid for a nicer room with a small pool on the rooftop, but didn’t even get to use it because they clearly don’t clean them, so it was a waste of money. The cushion covers on the rooftop were also ripped which made a seemingly luxurious experience become a waste of money. We would’ve rented a regular room. No small towels were provided, and even when we asked for some we just got more regular towels (maybe they don’t have them.) The water went off on Thursday and we didn’t receive a response about it until Sunday (thankfully it came back on before then). It’s hard to find someone at the front desk if it’s past 2pm if you need something. I will say housekeeping was there daily which was nice. Oh also, there is no shower curtain so the way the room is set up, everyone will see you showering lol. Overall the room looked nice from afar but the little details ruined it for us. The streets are really bumpy to get here and there are no street lights at night. GPS wasn’t clear on navigating to the hotel. There was no receptionist at the lobby and I kept calling even when I got inside finally I kept calling to check in and recorded a video of the receptionist phone ringing while I was calling it with my other phone until finally one of the receptionist friends who is not a staff there came down to help me access the room. I scored a sweet deal and it had its private little dip pool on the first floor with 3 glass walls from ceiling to the floor one in each room from the bedroom hallway and kitchen. The lighting when the sun starts to go down looks amazing especially at night. And in the daylight, the natural light is refreshing. however there was a problem when I started changing in the bedroom and the room above on the second floor was watching me and kept going to the window and continued doing that all night when they saw, I had the patio lights on. I was really uncomfortable because I like to have the windows open, but I felt like my privacy was invaded because even when I was dressed, they kept walking to the windows to peek. I didn’t even experience the pool because it was full of leaves and the guest that kept peeking made it really uncomfortable. The water pressure was also very low and our private pool was never cleaned other than that the hotel was aesthetically pleasing just not up to par in certain areas but I would stay again knowing what I know now the peace and tranquility I absorbed while there made up for the inconveniences. We arrived and the lady at the front desk told me my room wasnt paid for and that i owed an additional $300 which was untrue. She ended up not charging that, i paid the deposit for incidentals. The room itself was awful. I do think the other rooms might be better but dont book the 2 bed. The sheets had stains, alot of areas were dirty. Everytime you turn the shower on the bathroom floor floods, this was our last straw. The upstairs pool area does not have sun loungers as described either. Our towels also had stains as well or looked used. The man at the front desk was nice but did refuse our refund. We left early after 1 night and had a much better experience. I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL. Also the area is a TRASH DUMP.
