The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.

The place is romantic, warm and cozy. The service is excellent. Everyone is beyond kind so the entire staff, from room cleaners to waiters, to receptionists, are always welcoming you with a smile (a special thanks to Letty). They reserved plenty of attentions throughout the week that made the stay so special. They accommodated our requests with kindness and patience. This is a magic place made special by everyone who works there.

Truly awesome hotel, rustic and relaxed, but oozing loads of class. Service was really outstanding with special note to Carlos who looked after us with food and drinks, such a kind and lovely person. This place is PERFECT! Walk out your door and there is the beautiful sea. The staff are fantastic! Eddie, Carlos, Alberto and many more are just so friendly and there to help you decompress. Its not so close to hotel zone so is a little quieter. Endless beach walks await!
