Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are ridiculously expensive, and it is crowded with cars and people. The beach is nice but can get choppy at times. There are better Caribbean destinations!"
