“Angel, who works the desk and Debbie, who works in the breakfast area are the nicest, most helpful people you’ll ever meet. The room was large with a desk, tv, coffee pot and coffees, and a refrigerator with a freezer that really freezes. The bathroom was clean and had wall mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. There is a multiplug on one bedstand but only one outlet on the other side. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows of varying firmness. The only thing that was not……

After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
