"Megan and Jessica were phenomenal, the hotel breakfast was AMAZING. by far best I’ve had - and I’m in hotels constantly. The area was really safe and relaxed, I went on a walk almost every night. Super quiet rooms. I couldn’t tell if anyone was in any other room. "

"Good location and spacious property that allows dogs. Only downside is the room could have been better cleaned and the floors especially bathroom area where theres still dirt/stain on tiles and in-between tiles(grout) which would need to get steam cleaned. Overall I would consider coming back if rooms are well cleaned."

"We booked two rooms. In one room, there was no shower curtain. The other room had sheets with a stain and garbage left on the floor from a previous guest. Also, the restaurant was closed and the ice machine was nowhere to be found. All in all, it was disappointing considering we spent close to $300 per room for one night. "

"Great stay in Big Bear at Lagunitas Lodge. They were very helpful and friendly at the front office. The lodge has a game room with pool tables, an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and the lake was walking distance for fishing. I had a great stay. Thanks Lagunitas Lodge ! "
