Find hotels in Twin Rocks, OR from $90

The best area to stay in Twin Rocks is right along the beachfront, particularly near the main access points and the eponymous Twin Rocks formations.

This area offers direct access to the expansive sandy beach, which is the primary attraction. You'll find a mix of vacation rentals and a few smaller lodging options with ocean views, often just a short walk to the sand. The layout is fairly linear, following the coastline, with most accommodations situated to maximize the ocean vista.

Couples looking for a serene and picturesque getaway will find this area ideal. The opportunity for long walks on the beach, watching sunsets over the Pacific, and enjoying the quiet sounds of the ocean makes for a relaxing retreat.

The best time to visit Twin Rocks is during the summer months, from July to September, when the weather is at its most pleasant.

During this period, you'll experience warmer temperatures and less rainfall, making it ideal for enjoying the beach and outdoor activities. The ocean is also calmer, which is superb for tide pooling and exploring the iconic Twin Rocks formations up close. This season is particularly appealing for families looking to make the most of the coastline.

For those who prefer fewer crowds and a quieter experience, the shoulder seasons of late spring (May-June) or early fall (October) can also be a good choice. While the weather might be a bit cooler and there's a higher chance of rain, you'll find the area more relaxed, and accommodation prices might be more favorable.
