“Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed it! It’s a great……

“Beautiful room, staff was very helpful. Gardens around the facility were amazing inviting lots of birds. Saw at least two species of hummingbirds here. Was a bit of a trek from the train station, clear across town but the ambience was worth it. ”

“Very convenient location as the hotel is in close proximity to the train station and bus station going up to the Machu Picchu. Room spacious and comfortable. Yummy breakfast with comparatively many varieties of food.”

“This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and falling asleep to the sound of the river was a magical way to experience this area. I especially enjoyed how lovely the front desk staff (Milene and Enzo) were and Escarlet’s delicious cooking and wonderful service.”

“從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間， 雖然我們的火車有延誤， 但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們， 房間內的設備很完善， 還有按摩浴缸使用， 到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂， 但完全不影響住宿睡眠， 床很舒適， 早餐的樣式雖不多， 但服務人員很有禮貌， 還有新鮮現打果汁， 可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。”
