"The hotel was really nice and the rooms as well as bathroom were spacious. There were a lot of amenities and room service was great without fail everyday. The area was close to a station but there wasn’t much to do around there. The staff were very kind and helpful when asking for directions or holding luggage. Accessibility wise, it would be nice if the duration of shuttle bus service to Umeda station was extended instead of last bus at 630pm. It would also be great if we’re able to get the airport limousine buses to drop by the hotel instead of having to go to Herbis to get it. "
