"Fabulous location, easy to Uber all over the city. Neighborhood is very quiet. We never heard one siren at night. Neighborhood is safe, we walked to Whole Foods one day. Beds were very comfortable. Good pillows. Being from Texas we loved every room had ceiling fans for air movement. Communication with homeowner was great. "

The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. The room was clean and a good size. The room is handicap accessible, but my 6'3" husband didn't have a problem with the shorter items in the room. "It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed."

"This property was clean and sufficient for our stay. There was a warm breakfast every morning. The staff was very pleasant.. The kitchen was well stocked.. I was thankful everyone was masked.. The best part was its proximity to almost everything. It was a short walk to the pharmacy, grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. My only complaint was no one collected garbage or changed our towels. I bought large garbage bags and took our towels to my daughter's to launder."
