“The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh. Honestly I felt like they both gave the run around…. Beyond Ridiculous. I work in IT I know there something that can be done clearly. Lov into your system and fix it kindly. The room was clean the bed was comfy but the Keurig (I’m an avid coffee……

“Great hotel. Clean. Decent breakfast”

“The tub didn’t drain well. Outlets weren’t plugged in and it didn’t appear it was easy to get them plugged in. We did like the 4 season room to sit in. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it didn’t appear look nice.”

“Nice, clean basic place. Single floor motel worked well for us and our dog. Easy parking and access to outdoors to take our dog out for breaks.”

“The bathroom was not very clean. Only one of the lights worked in the bathroom and there was only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The beds were good.”

“The hotel was well worn. We booked here because of location to Ishpeming and for that I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast was nice. We picked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed upon our arrival. We were told it was being serviced. On the third day the pool was still closed but the hot tub was operating. Having three children under 9 it was very disappointing. We were never offered the use of the outdoor pool on the owners other……

“Disappointed with breakfast bar which was very minimal, room coffee tasted terrible and breakfast bar coffee wasn’t much better. Having to get ice on first floor instead of the 2nd floor my room was on. A lot of noise outside my room above and in the hallway outside my room. Couldn’t figure out how to open and use the room safe. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way with night time street lights shining into the room right where I was trying to sleep.”
